Jamie Roberts leads the Research Data Management Services unit for the Center for Survey Research (CSR) and has 16+ years of experience managing data processing and mail survey operations for the Center. She also directs a number of large-scale projects, specifically those with paper survey development and mailing components. Her areas of expertise include data processing, high-volume scanning, mass survey mailings, quality control and testing, and process development and implementation. In her role at CSR, Jamie designs approaches that best utilize resources, technological tools, and survey research best practices to ensure our clients receive both cost-effective and high-quality results. Jamie manages the Center’s social media and enjoys sharing the exciting work conducted at CSR as well as reaching out to potential future collaborators.
